Who I am

In 2019, when I was deep in the Amazon corporate world I read a book—Playing Big by Tara Mohr. In the introduction, the author talks about how she became a coach: she was always the person people would come to for advice or a sounding board as they faced important decisions. That’s when a light bulb went off in my head—“That’s me! I want that job!”. At the time, I wasn’t ready to take that leap, but the seed was planted. A few years later, after Amazon and after heading up a department of over 100 people at Glovo, I became a professional coach.

I am now an ICF-certified professional coach. I derive joy from deeply connecting with individuals and helping them thrive professionally. When I am coaching, I feel like I am in a state of flow. Every coaching session where I see a ligh bulb moment in my coachee's eyes reminds me why I do what I do—and I absolutely love it.
