Career Coaching

I believe everyone can find work that they genuinely love doing.

When I was making education and career decisions I more or less went with the flow. Looking back I wish I had had a thought partner to help me think through what I really wanted and how to get there. I aim to be that person for my clients.

I also believe that everyone can find work that they enjoy doing.

Together we can explore what sort of work brings you joy and what drains you. We will then work on your plan to get you where you want to go.

Leadership Coaching

Someone once told me: as a leader, you have to do work with other people’s hands.

More often than not successful individual contributors get promoted to leadership positions because they excel in their craft. Yet leading people is a whole another ballgame. I help new managers become strong leaders that people want to work for.

Professional Confidence

So often coaching work comes down to working on your confidence.

Have you ever heard those inner critical voices in your head that prevented you from going after the things you want? I know I have.

Together we can start noticing those inner critical voices and practice differentiating them from your true voice so you can go after the things you want.
